From East, North, South of Hartford, take I-91 to I-84 West.
Take Sigourney Street Exit (#47). Turn left off exit, and take immediate first left BACK ONTO I-84, heading EAST. Take first exit, Capitol Ave (#48B). Bear to the right as the exit splits (the Capitol will be on your left as you get to the light). Go straight through the light, crossing Capitol Avenue, onto Oak Street. Capitol Place is the first building on your right. Enter the driveway just past the building and enter the underground parking garage. CEA offices are on the fifth floor.

From West of Hartford, take I-84 East.
Take the Capitol Ave. Exit (#48B). Bear to the right as the exit splits (the Capitol will be on your left as you get to the light). Go straight through the light, crossing Capitol Avenue, onto Oak Street. Capitol Place is the first building on your right.
