NCLB, Highly Qualified Teachers, and HOUSSE

Beginning in school year 2006-07, teachers in public schools at the elementary, middle and high school levels must be determined to be "highly qualified (HQ)."  There are several ways in which teachers can demonstrate that they are HQ, and specific requirements that apply depending on what grade level and content you teach. See the information below......
