The following two forms are due at NEA by no later than Sunday, 1 June 2008.

Physically Challenged Services Form
Delegates who are physically-challenged and require special transportation, equipment, and/or other services at the Annual Meeting must complete the Physically Challenged Needs Assessment Form. Guidelines regarding transportation for physically-challenged delegates are included in this information.

NEA Emergency Medical Form  Important Information Regarding NEA Emergency Medical Form Submittal:
All delegates and their guests MUST go into the NEA website to submit their emergency medical information. This information is vital to your health and well-being during the NEA RA. You must submit emergency medical information for the 2008 NEA RA -- even if you have no changes from the information you submitted in 2006 or 2007.
The deadline to submit this information is Sunday, June 1, 2008. You must submit your data by using the link (no paper information accepted): https://hems.nea.org/emergencyinfo/updateinfo.cfm

If you are a new user to this system, you must register and then set up a password to use this site (on the sign-in screen, click on "If you are a new user please register here"). Information will be saved and can be updated thereafter using the logon which you have created. An e-mail address is required (it will be designated as your unique username). If you do not have an e-mail address, you can use firstname.lastname@nomail (substituting your first and last name). However, you will not be able to receive e-mail confirmation of your registration and changes.Please save your password in a place you can easily remember for future NEA RAs so that you can submit/update your information each year you are a delegate. If you have trouble with this link, or forget your password, you must contact Sean McCoy at NEA at smccoy@nea.org. He will attempt to get back to you within a day or so of your request. Sign Up for Hotel Discounts Prior To Leaving For DC

This year, all CEA delegates to the NEA RA must make their own hotel reservations. All rooms are singles and all come with king-sized beds. The rate per night is $99, plus applicable occupancy taxes, for a total per night rate of $113.36.

When delegates make their hotel reservations, they must mention the convention code"GRCEA1" to receive the convention rate. To make hotel reservations, select the link below. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Friday, May 23, 2008. Hotel reservations made later than this date aresubject toprevailing rates and availability.

ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES AND OTHER EVENTS
Tour of the NEA Headquarters - Guided tours of NEA Headquarters will be provided on Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Shuttle transportation will be provided from the convention center to NEA. A detailed schedule will be posted on Inside NEA at http://insidenea.nea.org.
