With the incorporation of the 21st Century Insurance business, Farmers Group, Inc. will be positioned as the 3rd largest personal lines insurer in the United States.  In the words of Zurich’s Chief Executive Officer, James J. Schiro, “Now, in addition to a powerful and productive agency force, the Farmers family will also have one of the most successful direct distribution platforms within one of the fastest growing distribution channels in the U.S.”

The following are facts about Farmers Group, Inc.:

  • Founded in 1928.
  • Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Reportedly one the most recognized and fastest growing insurance brands.
  • 3rd largest personal lines insurer in the United States with over $15 billion in premium.
