Effective Professional Development and Research Information
Partners in Learning Resource Guides
CEA has developed 6 modules of training to help local associations work with their districts to create and maintain an effective PD program. Each module has a resource guide; to make best use of each document, it is suggested that you print it double-sided to use like a book. The left side pages will then provide a more detailed explanation for the content on the right page.
Module 1: Creating Effective PD Committees
Explore the structures that district-wide and school-based PD committees can take, the areas in which committees should have authority and responsibility, and tips for working as a committee to make good decisions.
