This workshop reframes neurodivergence as a source of strength, creativity, and high potential in today’s classrooms. Educators will explore how differences in thinking—such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurotypes—can fuel problem solving, innovation, and unique perspectives when nurtured through asset based practices. Participants will learn practical strategies for identifying student strengths, designing flexible learning environments, leveraging interests and talents, and cultivating a culture where diverse minds thrive. By shifting from a deficit lens to a strengths oriented approach, teachers will walk away prepared to empower every learner and activate the untapped potential within their classrooms.
