Participants will explore practical approaches such as World Café, Open Space, structured dialogue protocols, and other collaborative discussion formats that invite reflection, cultural awareness, shared thinking, and collective problem solving. Educators will leave with adaptable strategies that foster inclusive dialogue, deepen engagement, and ensure all participants have a meaningful opportunity to contribute.
