Fall County Forum

All CEA members are invited to join the first County Forum of the school year to hear updates about the phone-free schools initiative, special education in Connecticut, state funding, and CEA trainings and events—plus, make sure you’re there to vote in local elections. Sign up today.
Fairfield County Engagement
Thursday, October 1, 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Colony Grill, Fairfield
Fairfield County educators: come together for Pizza & Postcards, a chance to take political action and catch up with colleagues. We will focus on writing election-related postcards for CEA members running for office, with help from CEA Political Engagement Coordinator Gus Melita. We’ll also be crafting postcards in support of legislative candidates in Fairfield County who have made CEA’s 2026 Honor Roll, a designation that goes to the state’s top education champions. The event is free, but advance registration is required. RSVP on or before September 28 to reserve your spot.
Middlesex County Engagement
Thursday, October 8, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Join fellow Middlesex County educators for light bites, cold bevvies, and a chance to meet and catch up with professionals across the career continuum doing the same good work as you. This event is free for all CEA members in Middlesex county. Register today.
