What challenges will educators face in the years ahead, and how can unions better support teachers professionally? NEA wants to hear directly from educators through a short survey focused on the future of the profession and the support teachers need most.
The survey asks educators to share what they believe will be the top challenges facing their work over the next three years, what kinds of professional learning opportunities would be most helpful from their union, and the types of opportunities they prefer.
Educator feedback will help guide future professional learning, resources, and support from NEA, making this survey an important means through which teachers can share their priorities.
The survey is anonymous, only takes a minute or two to complete, and responses will help ensure educators’ voices are reflected in future planning and programming.
