Strengthen, stretch, and destress in this yoga class designed for teachers. We’ll work out the kinks from sitting at a screen for long hours. Put your overworked, overthinking brain aside and experience the joy of movement. We’ll start by moving on the waves of breath, which is an awesomely soothing activity, and then spend time on yoga poses, aligning the body for evenness and harmony as we explore sensations of grounding, balancing, lifting, opening, and finding solace. Modifications are offered to attempt to meet all levels of experience. Short meditations and breathing techniques to calm the mind round out our physical practice. Watch yourself transform from frazzled to serene.
