Hosted by the Teacher Leader Fellowship Academy in partnership with CEA, the 10th Annual Teacher Leader Forum invites teacher leaders, educators, and administrators to come together for an inspiring day of learning, connection, and collaboration. This one-day professional learning event continues its tradition of elevating teacher voice, advancing leadership, and fostering meaningful professional dialogue.
Join us in person on Thursday, May 21, 2026, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the SCSU School of Business in New Haven to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore innovative, research-informed strategies for navigating today’s rapidly evolving education landscape.
The keynote speaker will be Brian Betesh, Connecticut’s 2026 Teacher of the Year and a social studies teacher at Rogers Park Middle School in Danbury.
The day will include roundtable discussions and multiple breakouts on these four key focus areas:
- Leading Responsible Tech & AI Use in Schools
- Championing for Neurodiverse & Multilingual Learners
- Cultivating Communities of Care & Connection
- Exploring Teaching & Learning in Canada, Finland & Italy
