Q: Does NEA offer discounts on laptops?
A: Yes! You can find discounts on laptops and other electronics through NEA Click & Save. Shop Lenovo, HP, Microsoft, Dell, Apple, Samsung and more through the NEA Click & Save Electronics Store.
Q: Where can I find discounted movie tickets?
A: Log into NEA Click & Save and click on the “Tickets” section to get to the Entertainment Store. Under “Movies” you’ll find listings for Regal Cinemas, AMC, Cinemark and more. Choose the chain you want to visit, select the number of tickets to buy, and check out. You’ll save up to 30%! Simply print your e-tickets and exchange them for tickets at your local theater.
Q: How can I save on local restaurant meals?
A: Log into NEA Click & Save and click on the “Eating” section to get to Restaurant.com deals. Your local deals will display. Filter by type of restaurant, best-selling, price and more. Q: Where can I find magazine subscriptions?
A: Visit the NEA Magazine Service and save up to 85% on over 800 different magazines, such as Scholastic Teacher, People, Time, Smithsonian and Popular Science. You can even renew most magazines that were originally purchased through another source, as long as the NEA Magazine Service offers them.
Q: Are there discounts and deals for Disney?
A: Yes! Through NEA Click & Save, you can find deals for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, plus save at the Disney Store. Just log into NEA Click & Save and search for “Disney” in the search bar at the top of the page.

Q: What are the rental car discounts?
A: NEA members receive discounts at 5 major car rental companies: Alamo Rent A Car, Dollar Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hertz Rent a Car and National Car Rental. You can also find car rental discounts through NEA Click & Save Travel.
Q: How do I find discounts on plane tickets?
A: Log into NEA Vacations. Click on “Find Your Next Vacation” and then “Air” to search for flights through 400+ domestic and international carriers.
You can also save on airfare through NEA Click & Save. Click on the “Travel” section. From there, click on “Flights” and search using the Priceline.com “Find a Flight” box.
Q: How do I find and book hotel deals?
A: Log into NEA Vacations. Click on “Find Your Next Vacation” and then “Hotel.” Enter your search criteria. You can filter the results by rating, price range and more.
You can also book a hotel deal through NEA Click & Save. Click on the “Travel” section. From there, click on “Hotels” and add your search criteria. You’ll find great rates pulled from the entire inventory of Priceline, Expedia and Orbitz!

Q: What is my membership number?
A: To request your membership number, contact our Member Services Center at 1-800-637-4636, or through chat or email. A Member Advocate can verify your membership as well as provide a member ID number.
Q: I’m having trouble logging in. What do I do?
A: To retrieve your username or reset your password, visit Log-In Help. To retrieve your username, you’ll need to enter your first and last name, and your date of birth.
To protect your security, we automatically lock your account after several unsuccessful login attempts. If your account is locked, you’ll need to reset your password in order to login.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: To reset your password, enter the email address you used to register, and you’ll be sent an email with instructions to create a new password. Please note: Your existing password is disabled as soon as you click the button to reset your password. Please check your email for the reset password message to create a new password.
