Join Mel McGuire for a 45-minute circuit training class designed for a small, indoor space with no equipment necessary. All exercises use body weight and are designed to give you a metabolic boost, strengthen your core muscles, and improve your balance and agility. The class will alternate one-minute intervals of upper body and core with lower body and intense cardio.
Classes will be offered 8:30 to 9:15 every Saturday morning in March and are limited to 25 participants to ensure personal instruction and guidance.
