This year’s theme is Rooted in Purpose; Catalysts for Change. Featured speakers will be 2026 Connecticut Teacher of the Year Brian Betesh and 2016 Connecticut and National Teacher of the Year, U.S. Congresswoman Jahana Hayes.
Empowered to Lead provides opportunities for teacher leaders, administrators, and other educators to articulate and enhance their collective power, expertise, and experience. This transformative event includes multiple networking opportunities and interactive sessions that promote the sharing of ideas and resources, innovative strategies and solutions, and collaborative discourse and practices geared toward elevating our profession.
