Today is Election Day! If you did not vote during the early voting period, make sure to head to the polls today between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Teachers are stopping by their polling places and casting ballots for candidates who will support students and educators and ensure safe and healthy public schools.
This year, local offices—positions on boards of education and finance, town councils, and more—are up for election. Many CEA members are running for local office.

The support of our elected leaders matters. Education-friendly candidates pass budgets that support our schools and policies that help our students succeed. To ensure more wins for our students and our profession we must get out and vote.
