Hartford Athletic welcomed 3,500 students, educators, and STEM professionals to STEM & Soccer Education Day in May 2024, and this year they’re expanding the event by offering two days of STEM and soccer fun.
STEM & Soccer Education Day is an engaging field trip opportunity at Trinity Health Stadium in Hartford for 6 – 8th graders that runs from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on May 6 and May 20. Interested in bringing students on one of those days? Fill out the STEM Day Expressions of Interest Form by Feb. 28.
The day begins with a STEM showcase featuring student projects and displays from corporate and community partners. After the STEM showcase, students enjoy a Hartford Athletic Exhibition Match. All students and educators in attendance receive a STEM & Soccer Education Day Workbook which highlights STEM in Soccer via data, questions, and interviews.
