The Special Education Task Force, a legislatively appointed committee, wants to hear from special education teachers at feedback sessions being held next week. The Task Force is charged with studying special education services and funding and is made up of educators and special education advocates including CEA Treasurer Stephanie Wanzer and Secretary Tara Flaherty.
During the 90 minute feedback sessions, the Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center and the RESC Alliance will summarize the report with their initial findings and then provide attendees with an opportunity to provide.
Registration is open for the following in-person sessions, and virtual sessions will be offered later this fall.
