How can you best influence policy decisions that affect your school? By talking directly with state senators and representatives.
Join teachers across the state for the first ever CEA Breakfast with Legislators. This exclusive opportunity will allow you to have candid conversations and educate legislators on the issues facing you and your students.
Have concerns about CT-SEDS? Students’ mental health? Teacher burnout and retention? Legislators need to hear firsthand about the real issues impacting your classroom.
You’ll also hear from CEA President Kate Dias, Vice President Joslyn DeLancey, and Executive Director Don Williams about CEA’s legislative priorities this session, participate in advocacy training, and come away with the tools and resources you need to make an impact.
